Mashuda Contractors, Inc. is a fourth generation heavy and highway contractor, with our main corporate office and maintenance facilities located in Princeton, Wisconsin. We specialize in moving dirt, pipe installation, and aggregate recycling for public and private entities alike. 
Typically the prime contractor on projects, disciplines such as bridge construction, concrete and asphalt paving are typically sub-contracted out, with job management and project coordination done by Mashuda Contractors, Inc. With over ninety years in business, we have the knowledge, equipment, and experience to tackle virtually any job.
We may have been around since 1929 - but our equipment, facilities, and safety programs are anything but old.

Current Opportunities
Estimator

Responsibilities Include:
On-site investigation of projects to bid, subcontractor research, and all other activities to produce a bid proposal.

Project Manager

Responsibilities include: Oversight of projects from start to finish. Scheduling and coordination with all owners, agencies, suppliers, and subcontractors to efficiently deliver project on time and within budget. Travel throughout Wisconsin and surrounding states is required.
*Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a project management role.

Site Superintendent

Responsibilities Include:
Managing the daily sequencing of the work in accordance with the plans and specifications.

Project Foreman

Responsibilities Include: Day-to-day coordination of assigned crew. Close examination of project plans and specifications. Construction survey/grade staking utilizing Trimble GPS equipment. Ensure safety and efficiency of crew. Travel throughout Wisconsin is required.
*Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a project foreman role.

Equipment Operator

Responsibilities Include:
Operating various heavy equipment on the jobs.

Field Service Mechanic

Responsibilities Include: Daily maintenance of all heavy equipment. Major component overhauls. Welding and fabrication.
Travel throughout Wisconsin may be required. Pay is based on Local 139 Wisconsin Operating Engineers Union scale, but Union membership is not required. *Experience working on heavy equipment is preferred.

Shop Mechanic - Heavy Equipment & Support Equipment

Responsibilities Include: Daily maintenance and repair of all heavy equipment and/or service equipment. Major component overhauls. Welding and fabrication. *Experience working on heavy equipment and/or service equipment (dump trucks, water trucks, etc.) is preferred.

Dump Truck Driver

Responsibilities Include:
Operating a tri or quad axle on-road dump truck.
*Candidates must have a valid CDL.
